Infinity Infrastructure provides professional land surveying, topographic surveys, construction layout, and infrastructure project services. Services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon between the client and Infinity Infrastructure.
Pricing is provided upon project quotation. Standard payment terms include 50% advance and 50% upon project completion. Payment must be made within the agreed timeline. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellations before project start are fully refundable. Cancellations after work has begun will be charged for work completed. No refunds are issued for completed projects.
Survey work is subject to inherent limitations including environmental conditions, site accessibility, and data accuracy based on provided information. Infinity Infrastructure is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or claims exceeding the service fee paid.
All survey reports, maps, and documentation are owned by Infinity Infrastructure. Clients may use deliverables for their agreed project purpose only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information, technical data, and business details shared during service delivery.
Clients are responsible for ensuring site safety, providing access, obtaining necessary permits, and disclosing any hazards or restrictions. Infinity Infrastructure assumes no liability for unsafe conditions not disclosed.
Disputes will be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
